Mark VanOsdell

As Co-Founder and Principal of Lookout Solutions, Mark thrives in high-growth and rapid-change environments. He has demonstrated success in finance, operations, and corporate administration with experience across multiple industries.

Prior to starting Lookout Solutions, Mark worked with Thomas Judy & Tucker, a well-established full-service accounting firm based in Raleigh, NC. Also, Mark previously founded ClearAway Waste Solutions dedicated to being an stress-free option for construction waste removal for large construction or demolition projects. Mark also has upper-level c-suite experience formally serving as Netsertive's CFO, an award-winning technology company based in the Research Triangle. In addition, Mark has also been the controller for Audio Advice and FLXMicro and a director of financial planning and analysis for Motoricity.

Mark graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a minor in Business Administration.

Mark resides in Raleigh with his wife & three daughters. He enjoys time outdoors including soccer, cycling, backpacking, sailing, and whitewater kayaking.
